The Leadership Training Course was an excellent course that our leaders can apply to their day to day routine. We had a variety of experienced and new leaders taking the Course and everyone was able to apply the training. Role Playing, Task to Complete, Real Life examples made the course much more applicable than a course that just provided informative information. We have certainly benefited from an increased energy from our leadership team which benefits everyone they interact with day in and day out.
